CentriKid Parent's Letter (May 6, 2009)

Dates:  August 3rd-7th, 2009

Location:  Eagle Eyrie Conference Center
                        Lynchburg, VA

Leaders:  Kevin Duffy & Amy Duffy

Cost:  $225/person*

            *each additional sibling pays just $150 each

            Payment Schedule:

                    April 26th- $50 deposit for all
                    May 17th- $50 ($25 for sibling)
                    June 14th- $50 ($25 for sibling)
                    July 12th- $75 ($50 for sibling)

            *please see Jason if there are special financial needs

What to Bring:

        *Linens, towels, pillows, blankets
        *Water bottle to refill and carry
        *Closed toe and heel shoes (due to many activities)
        *Bible, notepad, & pen
        *Toiletries
        *Sunscreen
        *Spending $ for snacks, store, & missions offering
        *Bathing suit (1 piece for girls or you must wear colored shirt)
        *Slacks, jeans, or modest shorts for worship

        Do NOT Bring: play guns, water balloons, skates/skateboards,
            "wheelies", radios, or iPods/MP3 players
        Do NOT Wear:  spaghetti straps, short or tight clothing, or clothing
            that exposes underwear
